A 9102 grey heather 5
B 0005 black heather 1
C 0001 white 2 

*Optional:

4.5mm (US 7) circular needle, 40 and 80 cm
5.5mm (US 9) circular needle, 40 and 80 cm
4.5mm and 5.5mm dpns
