Sterling — Knitting Kit

Sterling by Tove Richter is a bold outdoor sweater with a graphic V-shaped yoke and strong contrast colors. Knit in warm, rustic Álafosslopi, the design combines a classic Icelandic feel with a modern, energetic palette.

You also need 4 stitchmarkers (wise to have 2 different colors, one for the stitch marking the start of the round, and an other color for the other tree) and tapersty needle. Please note that these items are not included in our kits, so make sure you have them on hand or purchase them separately before you begin.

Gauge

13 stitches in stockinette stitch on 6 mm needles = 10 cm.

Construction

The sweater is knitted in the round from the bottom up. Short rows are worked at the back neck to lower the front neckline, and the stranded yoke is worked from a chart.
